The heart and spirit of Provence dance together on the fruity notes of this original vintage. A red that reveals the eternal strength of this land.
- Terroir: Sandy clay with gneiss and schist.
- Grape Variety: Syrah – Cabernet Sauvignon.
- Production: 35 hl / ha.
- Harvest: Hand-picked in 35 kg crates. Selected on the vine and in the cellar on a vibrating sorting table.
- Vinification : Destalking – reassemblied twice a day. Controlled fermentation at cool temperatures (between 28-30°) and under grape skins after 3 weeks of alchoholic fermentation. Gentle pressing in pneumatic wine-presses followed by malolactic fermentation.
- Maturation: One year in new French oak barrels.
- Characteristics: A carmine red colour of medium hue. The nose blends wild black fruit and spices and even a taste of the Garrigue. The mouth is well-rounded with average volume and discrete tanins. A deliberately light wine for instant pleasure.
- Aging potential: A wine that can be enjoyed straight away and that will mature well over two years.
- Accompaniments: Ideal as an aperitif and with cheese.
